1) General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the download and use of the mobile

application Voitra (the “App”). The App is owned and operated by Ahmet Görkem Türk , an

independent software developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading and/or using the App, you become a User (“you”, “your”) and agree to these

Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use the App.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.

Updates will be effective when posted in the App. Please review the Terms periodically. We may

suspend, block, or remove access if you breach these Terms. If any provision is found invalid,

the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

2) About the App’s functionalities

Voitra enables real-time translation of text, voice, and images entered in the App. Users may

translate into 100+ languages . Typical uses include translating street signs, manuals, or text

contained in photos from your device gallery or captured via the camera.

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide natural and contextual translations across

multiple languages.

We may add, modify, or remove features or functionalities at any time (see Updates below).

3) Access and use of the App

● The App is available for iOS devices.

● You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.

● Downloading the App is free, but certain features are premium and require payment

(see Subscription to Premium Services and Payment ).

● The App will indicate which features are free or paid at all times.

● Upon purchasing a premium subscription, you become a Customer and accept these

Terms, including applicable fees.

● We strive to keep the App available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted,

error-free, or delay-free service.

● Availability may be limited by geography or other factors. Accessing from an

unauthorized location is at your own risk.

● We may limit or block access if, in our sole discretion, User content or behavior is

harmful or violates our Code of Conduct .

4) Data protection

Personal data collected to provide services in the App will be processed in accordance with our

measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of processed personal

data.

5) Updates

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Where material changes occur, we will

notify you in-App. If a new version or features are launched, we may require you to update the

App. We may present an updated version of these Terms, which you must read and accept to

continue using the updated App.

6) User’s commitments (Code of Conduct)

By using the App, you agree that you will not :

1. Impersonate any person or create an account on behalf of another without express

written permission .

2. Request, collect, or use others’ login credentials.

3. Use information in the App for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Take actions that interfere with proper functioning, availability, security, or integrity of the

App.

5. Insert/execute code, commands, or expressions that interfere with or damage any

element of the App or attempt to reverse engineer or scrape technical data.

6. Transfer or sublicense your license or rights under these Terms without our prior written

consent .

7. Infringe intellectual property or other rights (e.g., trademarks, trade secrets) of us or

third parties.

You are solely responsible for your actions and any damages arising therefrom. We may block

or remove access for violations of these Terms, actions contrary to good faith, harm to

third-party rights, or violations of applicable law. We may terminate access at our sole discretion

at any time.

7) Subscription to Premium Services and Payment

● Free tier: You may translate typed text into multiple languages for free .

● Premium services (paid):

○ (a) Use of AI-powered personalization features.

○ (b) Translation of text contained in images from device gallery.

○ (c) Translation of text in images captured via real-time camera .

○ (d) Voice translations (real-time audio input).

Current prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase. Billing options may include weekly or

yearly . If you choose a yearly plan, you may receive a 7-day free trial ; after the trial ends, your

Apple account will be charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the

end of the trial.

● The selected premium service and price are shown on the purchase screen and

checkout page. Charges are billed to the payment method linked to your Apple ID .

● Prices may vary by country/region based on your Apple account settings.

● Apple typically sends a purchase confirmation email . You can also view charges on

your invoice.

● Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless canceled at

least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple

ID → Subscriptions on your device.

● Price changes take effect when published and are not retroactive; existing paid plans

remain at the previously confirmed price for the current term.

● Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple (or Google Play, if

applicable) under their policies. If a platform denies your refund request, our service is

deemed final and non-refundable by us.

● Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel

via your Apple subscription settings.

8) Technical means for correcting errors

If any data you provided is inaccurate or incomplete, please correct it in your Apple account

and/or contact us at gorkemappledev@gmail.com . If you detect a billing error by the

Merchant of Record on your bank statement, contact Apple directly.

9) Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of the App—including text, articles, descriptions, images, graphics, sounds, videos,

logos, interactive features, structure and design, selection and presentation of content, and the

software necessary for operation—are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by

intellectual and industrial property laws.

Downloading or using the App does not transfer any intellectual property rights. We grant you a

worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license

to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not:

● Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate/display, transform, or otherwise

exploit any protected element for any purpose without our prior written consent.

● Use the App’s features for purposes other than those permitted in these Terms.

● Insert/execute code or perform actions that interfere with or damage the App or attempt

to access or derive its source code .

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may pursue all available legal remedies,

including claims for damages, in case of infringement.

10) Exemption of Liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the App available and safe. However, service may be

interrupted for maintenance or updates, and we do not guarantee that the App will be free from

interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions beyond our control, including unlawful third-party

intrusions. The App is provided “as is” , without express or implied warranties, including

merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

● Access or use by persons under 18 or under the applicable age of majority.

● Provision of third-party personal data without proper consent (our responsibility is limited

to removing improperly received data from our systems upon notice).

● Accuracy of translations or uninterrupted functionality at the time of use.

● Unavailability or blocking where, in our or our providers’ discretion, User information is

harmful.

● User-shared translations (text or voice) with third parties.

● User-shared real-time conversations without obtaining consent from all participants;

you are solely responsible for obtaining such consent.

● Any breach of these Terms by the User.

11) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye . Any dispute arising from or

relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and

enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan Courthouse) , and you consent to such jurisdiction

and venue. Nothing in this clause prevents the parties from agreeing to mediation or

arbitration by mutual written consent.

The failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver unless

expressly stated in writing.
