cookies/SDKs; to receive Apple-shared identifiers for advertising/analytics where you
have consented on that platform.
● Legal obligation : to comply with laws, court orders, and requests from competent
authorities.
● Legitimate interests : to operate, secure, and improve the App; to prevent fraud/abuse;
and to defend our rights and interests (balanced against your rights and freedoms).
7) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then retain it in a
restricted state as required by law and for legitimate interests (e.g., handling claims or
investigating fraud). Cookie/SDK data is retained until you revoke consent or as otherwise
required by law—see the Cookies section for controls. When retention ends, we securely
delete the data.
8) Sharing and international transfers
We may share data with:
● Service providers/partners that help run the App and subscriptions (e.g., Apple,
RevenueCat, Google LLC, Firebase, Amplitude, Adjust).
● Authorities where legally required (administrative, police, judicial).
● Legal counsel to respond to claims.
Some recipients may be located outside the EEA . Where applicable, we will transfer data only
to countries with an adequacy decision or implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU
Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data and rights.
9) Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data
against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, damage, misuse, or unlawful
disclosure.
